The hotel owner cum care taker is in a wrong business. He has behavioural issues. Rooms are comparatively small for the rates charged. Has no parking space or say very small n they do not take any responsibility to the damage caused to your belongings while you stay there. If you are from a decent holiday group or family then plz. Avoid this property. It's not recommended at all.

It was very bad experience to stay in this hotel. Very bad customer service. Manager has to learn how to talk with customers then have to sit on the manager seat. Manager is talking rudely with everyone. I believe all positive reviews are fake in this hotel. Zero service provided, when we went into hotel no water bottle no glasses are provided. Worst thing is that landline of the rooms are not working it was just for showing. Worst of worst thing is no hot water in the bathroom. You need go to service desk person and have to request three to four times that please provide hot water doll in your room.It was hell experience to stay in this hotel.

1. Cold Showers: The absence of hot water was a major inconvenience, forcing me to endure uncomfortably cold showers throughout my stay. 2. Poor Service: The service provided by the hotel staff was disappointing. They seemed indifferent to guest needs, and requests were met with slow or inadequate responses. 3. Unclean Rooms: The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I noticed dust and grime in various areas, making me question the overall hygiene standards. 4. Inefficient Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were inconsistent, with some days seeing no room cleaning at all. When the service did occur, it was rushed and left areas untouched. 5. Noise Issues: The hotel had poor sound insulation, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms and hallways. This significantly impacted the quality of sleep and overall relaxation during my stay. 6. Limited Amenities: The advertised amenities were either unavailable or in poor condition. This included malfunctioning Wi-Fi, broken fitness equipment, and a lack of attention to maintaining common areas.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
