Did not enjoy this hotel at all. In fairness we arrived in Dehli and our actual hotel was cancelled so we had no option but to stay here. The room was fine, expensive for what it is but fine. The staff were terrible. They hounded us and expected tips at every turn. On the first night I had no change so have 2 guys 500 ruppees each. Just for showing us our room. The very next visit they demanded tip tip tip again. Told us they have no wifi either. Really hated this hotel and a terrible location for anything to do in Dehli.

The hotel owner did not provide the bill. This hotel is a total fraud. They said they will send the bill on whatsapp, They make excuses that the concerned person is not available to generate the invoice so we can send the invoice on your whatsApp number and later they are denied to give the bill. If you are on an official trip, avoid this fraud hotel. They charged GST also and their service is below standard.

Disappointed by the stay, the hotel looked mess for the price range. The look of the hotel looks good but the rooms are quite disappointing. Knob wasn't working in the room. There was no complimentary water provided. Would rate 0.5/5 on my experience.

Rooms are good as expected but the service wasn't reaching the expectations. Located in the middle of the market. The hotel is very well decorated with the antiques which I loved about this hotel. Instant heater for hot water. Rs.1550/- for 6hours I found it costly personally. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor of nice gardening but the tablets need maintenance. Overall the hotel is good.

I personally wants to share my review regarding room. Room no 107 is pathetic cleaning at his worst level. My whole body is etching the quality of bed and the things used in hotel is worst. I highly recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
