My experience in this hotel is average and I think they need improvements in their services. 1. One helper shall stop being drunk during working hour. 2. Food quality was way below price rating. It is better to eat food from outside. 3. Rooms were not worth of paying 3000 rs per day. Bathroom was good though. 4. Hotel has no parking place. 5. Room helper asked for "Kharcha Pani" directly during room service. I have never faced such situation in any other hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Hotel is very close to harmandir sahib 3-4 mins walk, but is in a market with narrow dark lanes that look shabby after 8 pm I stayed for 2 nights at 2500/night for deluxe room which was very small and congested, big no if u are claustrophobic. I honestly think room do not worths more than 1000. Staff behaviour is below average, some are rude some are drunk on duty time absolutely not good place to stay if couple or family . All in all its a hotel to go in urgency for a single night only near golden temple . Manager seems a genuine person but all are their for 💰.

Awesome...!! Thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay here smooth. They are too supportive and hospitable. Will definitely visit again. The location is very close to the Golden temple. Hotel is very neat and clean with all high class amenities like bathrooms having Jaguar and Varmora fittings, Rooms having Hitachi Aircon and samsung smart tv with wooden finishing. 24*7 Hot water availability. Highly recommended..

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel,hotel is located near Golden temple,the staff is friendly and helpful,Mr Kulmeet the manager is the one man army to approach at the hotel.i would recommend that please book cab for sight seeing through the hotel as it is economical on the pocket. The hotel is located in a busy street which is well connected to the main parking lot of Golden temple and is frequented by e rickshaws.Hassle free stay ,would recommend to friends.

This hotel is near to golden temple.Rooms are good and location is very nice just 100 mtr walking distance. We booked delux room but the owner Gurpreet Singh provided us super delux room on the same price of delux room. They are very humble and helpful. So if you are coming Amritsar then go for Rishi sidhi residency.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
