        Rooms lack basic facilities of Handwash, face towels etc. Hotel photos are misleading vs actual. Service was decent as they provided Jain food on short notice though with limited options. Also, they accept only cash to save tax. Local shops also accept UPI but not them.

        Booked 17 days in advance directly to the hotel and paid advance. However, when reached to the hotel, there were no free rooms as it was a peak season and they gave away the rooms to other people on higher price. The receptionist asked us to stay in other hotel nearby which wasn't even 50% of this hotel in terms of rooms and reviews. We were a family of 5 and struggled due to them. They refunded the advance and rudely behaved as if they didn't cared about their customers and advance booking. Not recommended to book in advance. Service is bad.

        I had booked the hotel through tripsailor and they were informed that jain food is the requirement. Trip sailor had sent an email but still these hotel people said they didnt get this request. However, they did later provide with jain food…though limited items but they did. Rooms did not have room slippers, no handwash in washbasin…when asked to put soap, they said - wo kharab hogaya hai, aap body soap se kaam chala lo. This was the case in both the rooms we had booked. They don’t accept payment through card or UPI. Their staff conveniently said that card nahi lete because tax lagta hai. Cash hi do. I said i don’t have cash so he showed me way to ATM. Booking details - 27th and 28th November 2023.

        Booked 3 rooms online and after re confirming via phone receptionist told us to do direct booking and cancel online.After reaching this third class hotel they didn't provide us rooms. Owner Arpit garg never picks phone and other staff has very bad attitude didn't listen to us. They refund us and we moved at other hotel near har ki paudhi at fortnight time which was very difficult situation for us. All 5 star comments are fake don't book for it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
