First of all the rooms were very smelly, no ventilation The bedsheets were torn off and the quilts were not covered properly. Firstly we did the booking a week prior going to the hotel even then no preparations were made from the hotel side. They first gave the room which had the leakage in the washroom from the flush. I must say the washrooms are NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED. They were really were dirty(dead specimens were present there). On requesting for room change they first refused on call after we went downstairs to talk to the receptionist verbally they then gave another room which had leakage from the wall. The worst ever experience out of all my experience's. I would never suggest to anyone. Car parking zone was not properly maintained. The only advantage to stay in this hotel that I would say is the food they serve. WORST EVER PLACE TO STAY IN. The noise from outside was pretty much audible and people shout during midnight and do not let anyone sleep.

We stayed here for 2 days, the staff is cooperative. They changed the room on request (it depends on availability though). The rooms are excellent and well maintained. It was a pretty good stay. And the best thing is, it's pretty close to Agra Cantt Railway Station, Agra Fort Railway Station and Agra Airport.

Rooms were dirty, had to bear with the cigarette smell as there is zero ventilation, they serve RO water in complimentary service, no wifi in corner rooms, dirty towels, smelling bedsheet. Was one bad experience in Agra which we want to forget but can't. Breakfast was ok but overpriced, can't complain if you compare with these tourist kind of hotels in Agra. I would suggest to not be deceived by the pics owner posted online. Location is good as connectivity to Taj Mahal is good and you have shops close by.

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel. Great service from the Hotel staffs. It was my second time in Hotel Riya Palace.I do suggests it. They have good vegetarian menu.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
