The worst hotel i have ever seen.I booked the hotel online after checking all the reviews and photos and thought that the reviews are fake so don’t book just by watching the photos because the photos of rooms are looking very good… neat and clear but when we reached there the hotel was just opposite.the rooms are very dirty they dont wash the bedsheets and reuse the same everytime.so much dust in the room.no ventilation in rooms.the hotel room are in the downstairs not upstairs so no view from the rooms.no wifi…food was worst.they don’t clean the room by wet mop (pocha) instead the use only few drops of phynail and clean the floor to avoid smelling.don’t book this hotel if u want to save your money.I have only one word for this hotel……pathetic.

Please never visit this hotel... Very poor service with poor reception... Not at all cooperative... We booked and paid for three days but during the stay my wife suffered from Dengue and had to leave the hotel on the second day itself.. we got no cooperation at all.. very dirty rooms as well...

Definitely met my expectations. The staff is extremely welcoming and warm . From late night snacks cravings to early morning morning check out , they make sure your every request is been taken care of . I had a smooth stay throughout. In room amenities are just perfect . It is Surrounded by breath taking scenic view. A must destination Hotel if you are up for a relaxing time with your loved ones.

The place has no parking and you have pay 500 extra for parking also very unhygienic rooms and not maintained. Marks all over bedsheet. No towel provided.and with no view. Though it's near Mall road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
