        The room quality is decent and not worth the money that you pay. Breakfast was also good like all typical 3 star hotels with variety of options. In room service was decent. But overall experience in terms of reception staff is not upto mark. They make too many mistakes when the booking is done leading to too much time being consumed. The cost of stay is too high compared to service being provided. At half the cost you might get hotels of similar experience or may be better than this.

        Breakfast time is 0700 in the morning. But nothing served till 0800. Old bakery items only offered. The management is not apologetic, rather not concerned. Reason given was past yesterday and chefs not available. And then they charge you for it as it was past of the package. No one bothered to check or speak to me about the issue. Everyone just smiled when told about same. Totally avoidable hotel. Property is nice but you wouldn't like such treatment when you're paying so much. Book at you own peril, because the management is least bothered. They may not react if you need any help.

        We stayed at the Royal Orchid for two nights. We arrived very late in the night, but found the check-in process seamless. On our way to the room, we observed there were renovations/construction happening to one of the rooms on our floor. When we got to our room, we found it to be a bit old and dingy. This would have been tolerable, but there was a terrible moldy smell making both my partner and I cough, and flared up my allergies. We were moved to another floor, when we cited the construction noise. But we also found that room to have the same musty smell. We asked to be moved another time, and Ms. Sangeetha from the front desk was kind enough to move us into a newer part of the hotel. Our third room was fine, and the entire ordeal took us close to 2 hours. The service was excellent and the front desk team was super accommodating. But parts of the hotel are in desperate need of a remodel/deep clean and they shouldn't be housing guests there until the property is fit for accommodation. After all, this is supposed to be a five star hotel.

        I m giving 3 star bc it is just like another 5 star hotel with basic things in place but at the same it's like most of the 5 star hotel which just have shiny things and on cases where it matters they act as road side idiots. They're tied so much so much into dirty system that they just care about earning money. They have lost the trust of a true customer. Staff is polite and respectful but management is hopeless. I hope they read it and improve to be more human friendly rather than following some backward rigid system. I was able to change perspective of one 5 star hotel earlier I hope they change too else not coming back to this hotel and they lost reputation that's for sure.

        A very average stay for the price and location. Rooms are old. The good parts were the food and outdoor dining. The lawn area is good. The breakfast buffet is again average.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
