The room I stayed in was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable. The plush bedding and thoughtful amenities made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the area. One of the standout features of this hotel is its picturesque courtyard. It’s a tranquil space where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It truly adds to the overall ambiance of the place.

The hotel is absolutely perfect for budget stays. Took the Maharani suite and it was a no-frills stay with just the toiletries and a plush bed. Extra bed is given upon request and it fortunately not just a mattress as they give an extra cot. Surprisingly for a budget hotel, they have a good breakfast which includes a couple of non-veg items and most veg items. Would recommend it. Only drawback is that they are slightly stingy on providing water bottles. Needs a couple of calls but ultimately, they provide them.

Excellent room with clean towels, blankets and a good and happy stay due to the location of the allocated room. It's the first time when the room view is better than the surroundings so it was new for me.

This is an excellent place to stay and the staff is really polite and professional. The ambience is very nice especially the size of rooms are big and cozy. And their food and services are top notch. This is the best place in Jaipur for parties, celebrations or any other events and is worth every penny. ✨❤

I had Great experience from here. comfortable rooms, perfect fit for weddings. Amazing staff and delicious food also.... The room was very spacious and even had a balcony. The reception was outstanding!!!!! He was very welcoming and friendly. He went above and beyond!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
