The hotel owners are very rude and impolite. I had to cancel my booking (2 nights) due to a health emergency, I called up the hotel while I was busy attending to the emergency at my home as a courtesy that I will not be able to come to the property and so that they can unblock the room and can give it to someone else. Later when things stabilised at my home I called the booking agent to see if they could help with the partial refund since I had a medical emergency. They reached out to the hotel to ask the same thing. The hotel manager completely refused any refund and even declined talking to me. They have no sense of understanding or have human values. Just want money at all costs. They do not even have the courtesy to talk to customers or try to meet a common ground. Worst ever experience with any hotel. If you book this hotel do not expect a friendly or courteous staff.

The hotel is situated very very far away from main road, where no public transport can come, because of narrow road and located inside a village. The display photos are completely fake compared in actual. The cost compared to facilities and comfort is too high. Attitude and customer interaction after paying the booking amount is nontolerable.

The rooms are very dirty and smelly. There are alot of mosquitos, not sure about darshans but people would surely get malaria after staying there. The sewere water is always leaking there in front of the hotel road. The staff is very unprofessional and can't be trusted,they told us to give rooms at 8am but by the time we reached they started saying that the rooms will only be given at 12 and asked us to wait in their unhygienic mosquito chamber reception. People would get dengue malaria if they pass by this hotel.

The rooms are not at all clean. There was a lizard 🦎 when we checked in. Bathroom of dharmshala would be better than this hotel. Also the location to nearby agnitheertham but dat has disadvantage as road always remains muddy. The view from room will be towards some dumpyard where man take bath

I had a pleasant stay over here.. rooms are nice in this price. Both the temple and beach are within 400m. All staffs are helpful & Special thanks to Hemant(manager) for the hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
