1. Great rooms at affordable prices 2. Lovely amenities like swimming pool, carrom, pool and Table Tennis 3. Very tasty breakfast with lots of variety 4. In general,food is extremely tasty 5. Very courteous staff Some issues: 1. The chef is extremely slow...takes ages for the order to arrive. 2. The pool was not maintained, especially the kids pool. I had to ask them to clean it, and start the pump for water circulation 3. The cable was not recharged, but that's a minor issue. I suppose they only recharge if someone asks for it. We never missed TV during our stay. If they iron out these few things, they can complete with the best resorts nearby

Awesome service+stay+food combination. I stayed in this hotel from 20th to 22nd Jan 2024 (Royal rooms). Highly recommended for families. It's quite rare to get such nice hospitality in Konkan area hotels as per my past experience. My parents (in their 60's) and my 5 year old kid loved the overall hotel. The service is exceeding our expectations on all fronts. The food taste is so nice that if you eat fried fish or other menu here and then go outside and have it, you will feel regret that you made a mistake by eating outside. 5 star food taste and similar service by staff. I have very high bars before giving 5 stars but this time I can easily feel that they deserve it. Nicely designed parking, well maintained pool, big lawn, nice pool table and TT table for enjoyment. Note - Solar water gets cooled down easily because guests keep using it all day and cold water gets mixed continuously. So the hotel can change policy by restricting solar water for specific hours so all guests can get hot water in the morning. Rest everything is best. Must visit.

I discovered the place while randomly browsing ideas to spend a long weekend. Having never been there, I wasn't sure what to expect. Happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Location: Ideally located near to the main town and very near to multiple beaches (Ladghar, Karde, Murud, Tamastirth they are within 7-13 km range). One could argue that beachside accommodation is fun but let me tell you - here it is not. You have issues with parking and overcrowded. Here, you can either go to the beach or head into town to explore if you like. You have adequate parking inside the hotel. Rooms: Rooms are adequately sized, with Air-conditioning, television, clean linen (my biggest concern) and well kept. Each room has wifi, intercom and room service. Hot water available at all times. Wifi does suffer a bit inside the rooms primarily because it is a 5GHz. Advice to management: please get some repeaters installed as 5GHz signals weaken quickly. Food: Breakfast was complimentary, lunch and dinner can be had in the downstairs restaurant, by the pool or in your room. Excellent selection on the menu. Restaurant service was a bit slow but I think it was peak hour that is why. Amenities: There is a pool, a clubhouse with pool and table tennis, and a green lawn where you can just enjoy. Being a little off from the city (1.5 km) helps as it is very quiet here. Overall, I'd say this was a nice find. I have found my spot for the next vacation.

The property is amazing and very clean.. but when we go for a vacation.. hospitality is all that matters.. but the management here feels that the guest should be hospitable.. Guys.. if you are by any chance thinking of booking this property.. make a note of a few things.. 1. Carry hospitality for the management. 2. You cannot eat beyond the time specified. 3. You should keep quiet and do not make any noise.. no night overs.. no late night chit chatting.. ( I guess this is a place to meditate) I have a hell lot of instances to depict what I felt.. It was 10.15 in the morning.. n the breakfast scheduled shut was at 10 am. We were in the restaurant having tea (P.S . We ordered the tea from the á la carte and it was not complimentary) The management just switched off the AC saying the breakfast time is only up to 10 am. I feel at least requesting your guest would have been a more generous act instead of being rude by just switching it off and moreover arguing with them on such a petty issue.. The other day we ordered dinner at 8.30 pm.. which was served at 10.30 and later they asked to place the final order because it was their closing time.. The villa we booked had no electricity for the entire one night.. and we were sleeping without any fan or AC.. They expect the guests to be quiet on vacation.. especially when they have a group of 14 adults and 15 kids..

Wonderful location, good property and awesome facilities. Amit good customer handling in this property,Food and breakfast also teteful and service was great....I would love to visit this resort again and would definitely recommend it to people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
