Staffs are okay okay But Owners behavior is incomparable. Very rough. Only good point is location. Most non hospitality I have ever received in this particular hotel. ( first time stay) in so numerous visit to varanasi every year. Undity laundry. Not washed for ages as it seems.

One of the best bad hotels in Varanasi. Please avoid if you want to have a comfort stay. Room and bed size is OK, but bathroom is very bad, commode of bathroom is unreachable (u can't even sit properly) at room no 219, No facility for hot water after morning hrs probably after 1 pm, shower is not working, bucket, Mug is not clean, room is damped. They changed 2000 in cash for AC room but AC didn't cool the room. For repearing the AC 6 different people came and went but result zero. The AC didn't work till check out. Rooms are suffocating, no fresh air facily was there. The management says we are unable to help you. Technical fault and charge of Rs. 2000 is very less. Bedsheets were not clean, pillow cover was torned. The behavior of staffs are careless (they can't do anything without permission from manager or management), management is very very arrogant. Only good thing is hotel is just 200 mts away from Dasamedh Ghat and 350 mts away from Kashi Biswanath Mandir. Location is 5 star. After checked in the hotel I found lots of negative reviews. Havings lots of negative reviews the hotel is full just because of its location. Hotel must be avoided or else ur mood ll be off. We checked out after one day stay i.e. today 22.11.2023.

Worst experience. Stayed for 3 days in a shabby room. They charged for AC room, though AC was not working. AC charges not refunded despite repeated request. Bed sheet and cover were dirty and torn out. Bathroom door frame was termite affected, not cleaned. No modern amenities. Service is also not good. The prices of food are abnormally high.The Managing staff are rude, not customer friendly. Don't opt for this hotel.

Main attraction is of location.Non A/c Rooms are in average. Washroom below Average. In Hotel it is mentioned checkout time 11 AM , but they calaclute 24 hrs clock. Towels are provided in Non Ac room.

Worst experience. Hotel rooms ate very dirty not at all maintained. Damp room bathrooms and even the bedsheets and pillow covers are stained amd dirty. The hotel person at the reception are least bothered about the customer ask or need.aThey are very rude and I'll mannered. Wouldn't recommend to any of the customer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
