Mr. Valmiki is very courteous and helpful. Temple is just 5 min distance. Hotel is having parking area. Rooms and bathroom are neat and clean. Services is also very good. And their restaurant food taste is good. Overall good experience will recommend this hotel. Thanks and regards.

It is a family friendly small but clean and very affordable hotel. The front desk person was very friendly and gave lot of tips for restaurants with discount coupons. They don't allow singles . We stayed for only few hours and I was told that deluxe rooms are bigger and better. Ours was non AC room and you don't need AC rooms in Shirdi in November and December

Good hotel near sai temple it’s walkable distance. We are very satisfied with their service, price is reasonable and worth, rooms and washrooms are clean, Manager Mr Yogesh well supportive to the customer, Parking available, I recommend this hotel.

Best rooms in budget. The owners are very courteous and ready to help. Good service and we had a nice stay for two days. Temple is just 5 minutes away from the hotel yet the hotel area is quite. Hotel has plenty of parking space which was a main criteria for me as I travelled through my personal car.

Rooms were near and tidy. Very calm place to stay . Geyser and television provided. Staffs are good. Decent place to stay. Feel like home. Food tastes nice in sai kamal hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
