I stayed here for a night. The room was comfortable and noise free despite being in a busy neighbourhood. The check in and check out process was very smooth. A couple of things needs improvement: 1. I was charged additionally for breakfast- they should include this in the room rent. 2. They have a pet (a male Labrador) within the hotel. I saw this was tied 24 hours to one place - in a land where dogs are respected so much, the hotel authorities should take better care of this poor soul - feed it on time, give it better living conditions and not leave it to the mercy of the security guy who’s busy fending for himself. I’m giving. 2 stars to this simply because of the way they’re treating their pet dog.

Excellent stay with very prompt service. Property is very well maintained. The check in/out process was pretty smooth. Very polite and courteous staff. A special mention the security guard who went out of the way to help me with a car issue. Food was one of the reason which made our stay memorable. Mr. Zuber( Restaurant Manager) and his team( Vaibhav and Vinod(not sure) took very good care of us and made the requested customisations. Service in restaurant is again top notch. If your hotel is stone throw away distance from Mandir, all your worries of late night and early morning walk to mandir are taken car of. My mom who is 67 yrs old did multiple rounds of mandir through out the day without being tired.

Stay at Sai Miracle, Shirdi is the best. We stayed three times and each time it’s the best. Food is very tasty, fresh n sumptuous. Mr Vaibhav at the dining place is very humble, polite n very professional serving us with the best food each time. Rooms are clean n hygienic and the staff is very helpful. Overall this hotel is worth the price and I am looking forward for my stay there next time I visit Shirdi. Padmaja

I recently stayed at Sai Miracle Hotel in Shirdi with my family, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel's ambiance was serene, and the staff, including Vibhav at the restaurant, provided exceptional service. Vibhav's attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
