It was an Ok experience staying in this hotel. Stayed in luxury AC room, room was fine but bathroom was too small. Property is small but beautiful especially lightings in the night. Quite away from the main market. Regarding food dinner was tasty but only one starter was there even though you chose buffet. In breakfast only South Indian spread was there no other options so was little disappointed in terms of that.

I had an outstanding stay at Hotel Saket Plaza. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall hospitality was excellent. I must say, the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

It is a wonderful hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Have been there twice. Exact same experience both times. Wonderful room, clean and hygienic, polite and highly responsive staff, delicious and mouth watering meals. Its King suite is worth every penny.

We stayed there in after Diwali . Food quality is not good. Room price are also high, not worth it.Thay charged extra cost Rs.1500 to my daughter but was not give any extra facility to her and hotel is far from market to walk. Don't have enough space for parking.

We had visited in this diwali vacation with family and really nice place .My son was enjoyed a lot at this place. Food was good and their facilities also very good. Staff was helpful. Neat and clean room and hotel exterior was also neat and clean.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
