        The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.         Worst hotel ever... I stayed for a night and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong smell, despite informing the staff twice to clean it properly, they didn't do anything about it. Initially, I thought the price was reasonable, but after my unpleasant experience, it felt overpriced. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the receptionist and requested a reasonable refund, they pretended to call the owner or manager but denied my request, claiming that the owner was unavailable. They were unwilling to process the refund. Adding to my disappointment, there were water issues in both of the room as I booked as well. In the morning, there was no water at all, and when I informed the staff, they provided water that was heavily mixed with sand. It was an extremely unpleasant experience overall, and I strongly discourage staying at this hotel. If it were possible, I would have given a negative rating.

        Please check RECENT news about owner Abdul Gani Raja . He tried to VIOLATE a lady guest while her husband and daughter were out of the hotel room. He is under arrest. Be careful if you book.

        In my experience,it is One of the budget friendly hotel at Kodaikanal. The rooms are very neat and hot water is provided in the morning. The staffs are really friendly. There are restaurants nearby this hotel. Totally, it was a good experience staying there..
