Don’t know why they call it a hotel, it’s a hostel, they don’t provide room service, as they don’t want their bedsheets to be spoiled, even after confirmed booking we were told to reach before 11 PM else they will close the main gate and will not allow entry. I am a working professional and a frequent traveler, have stayed in many hotels from road side small stay facilities to 5 star properties, never have found such out of the world rules. Think multiple times before booking this overpriced roadside stay facility.

The visit to Srinagar, Kashmir is a memorable one. Thanks to Hotel Samar and Mr.Waseem brother. The hotel has all the basic facilities. Food options are less but healthy, and tasty. Mr.Waseem gave a very good tour of all the nearby places. He has a vast knowledge of Kashmir. Wishing everyone a pleasant stay in Kashmir.

We, $7 persons stayed at Hotel Samar, Sringar for two days. Our stay was very comfortable. All the attendants and staff are very caring. Specially Mr. Wasim accompanied us to various site seeing programmes with his vehicle. He was very careful, responsible and dedicated to his words and work. He has a deep knowledge about Kashmir and guided us throughout the programme. We wish the beauty of Kashmir will always beckon the tourists from various parts of India and they will enjoy the company of Mr Wasim . I wish him all the success.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Srinagar. Apt rooms and ample facilities at reasonable cost. The travel section in the hotel was outstanding, under the control of Waseem bhai...he took us all round and stayed with us throughout outlr tour. Special thanks to him and his vehicle😀😀.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
