        All good except hot water issue.As they use solar panels..unless sun is there u won't get hot water. We faced little issue and need to wait for an hour to get hotwater from kitchen. Suggest to keep electric geyser alternative.

        This is the worst hotel, I experienced in this price range. I booked two rooms for 4 members and for 2 nights through my travel agent via makemytrip. On the day of my chek-in, I called them at 1PM to confirm my room reservation they asked me to send my confirmation by WhatsApp, which I sent. I waited for an hour and called and messaged but no response from the Hotel reception. I called my travel agent who confirmed that my reservation is confirmed and just walk-in and tell my name. I reached the hotel around 11PM with family. Without checking into the system, they told all rooms are full and we do not have reservation. I again called my travel agent and he talked to the reception guys, then they found my reservation. Finally I got the room at 12 midnight. The rooms are very dirty, they have not changed the bedsheets, no toiletries, no bucket mug, no hot water. At the time of check in itself the boy demanded tip and he was fully drunk. In the morning we found that one room's lock was not functioning and we changed all the luggage to the other room. Next comes the complimentary breakfast. They made us to wait for 30 min to provide the breakfast which is very very bad. All guests are shouting at the staff for not providing good service and food, but no one is interested to take care. I strongly recommend to AVOID this hotel if you want to have a pleasant holiday's.

        Worst experience I had with this hotel, though the rooms are decent, it's not worth the price they're asking. One of the biggest problems is parking, I parked my car at the provided slot, however the hotel allowed to park the two wheelers to surround the car in 360degrees, to take the car out from the parking slot it almost took me 2 hours, though the manager helped me to clear the vehicles by pleasing the two wheelers who came to attend the meeting from their metting hall. It's the biggest inconvenience caused to me and they never bothered about the problem that happened to me.

        Unpleasant experience. Bathroom is smelly, no bucket or mug, no A/c remote, dirty blanket, no bathroom mat, not working conditions of hair drier, Tv and locker. If they rectify all these complaints it would become best hotel. Overall not worth for the money Rs.1600 to Rs 2000. Staff behaviors are OK and good location.
