The room was clean. But the service experience was hard to believe but they charged me even for one glass of milk for my 1 year old child during our whole visit. When I told them that I have been to so many hotels even the 5 stars hotels don't charge, so the hotel staff said that nobody has provided them such kind of training. So it means they are untrained which is totally unprofessional of them. Also she told me if the buffet breakfast was complementary i would have included this in that. How illogical was that statement. During my stay I had purchased dinner also one breakfast. Very unethical of them. They over charged me for everything they also charged for coffee which was included in the buffet breakfast which I purchased, which I got removed from the bill. Even though the room and toilet was clean but there is a no no from my end for this hotel. The service is pathetic and they try to fool you and charge extra.

According to price room was good, Clean room and washroom only problem that I faced In washroom no hot water is available two days same problem is happened. Hotel People provided hot water bucket for shower I late to reach my place both days. Breakfast is ok verity is less but quality is fine.

Absolutely not recommended hotel. We checked-in only for a night and had a worst ever service here. For dinner and breakfast both even basic service was not upto the mark. We had to head for airport by 8.30 am, the breakfast was supposed to start by 8.00... 8.15 the waiter was just setting the buffet . The receptionist was cordial to offer to have whatever is ready for breakfast but the waiter was mannerless, made us keep back the plates we had picked. On telling him we have a flight, he says 10-15 मिन aur lagega... Who does that?? 8.15 baje ek cup chaai to pila dete... three items were ready on buffet but no basic etiquettes to let the customer have what is ready, our flight won't wait for this waiter to finish setting his table!!! And no hotel admin staff bothered to correct this behaviour... Most of the menu items not available for dinner also. When we checked in yesterday, the person carrying luggage called for lift, started putting luggage and as we were entering said, it's just on first floor please take stairs... We had returned after a long Trek and the least I expected was the person first let's us go up the elevator and get the luggage after us or atleast have courtesy to ask us to wait... Checking in here with kids was worst ever decision. Deluxe room was booked but it is far more average by deluxe standards. Had two double beds which was comfortable. This one has third class service. Dehradun is a good city with many much better options to stay. We had booked this hotel for two days but due to change of trekking plans had checked in a day late so they had to give service only for a day and get paid for two days but completely disgusting service. Our stay in jungle resorts was better and timely than this one in the middle of city

Very good hotel in a budget, located very close to ISBT and pick up points for buses plying to and fro to Delhi. Rooms- The rooms are very clean and interiors are also done well. Fixtures and furniture are also in a very good condition. The bedding could have been better (personal preferences). Theres, ac, tv, and kettle with complimentary tea coffee making kits. Bathroom - Premium fixtures, well lit and clean bathroom. Cleaning could be better. Also toiletries were not provided properly ( I had booking for 2 PPL and was provided with toiletries for one person only mine was a advance booking) Service - Needs to be better had to remind them 2-3 for the extra things as everything in the room was for one person only Food- Ordered dinner from their menu, the food was fresh prepared and came quickly. Even though we were told to give them max 1hr for prep they delivered it in 15-20 mins. (Paneer lababdar was really tasty) Overall a perfect place for travellers/ business personal looking to have a stay near ISBT to catch buses from there ( they will arrange a auto for u if u need one) on a budget. Only thing they need to improve is the entry road to the hotel and need to put the hotel name on top of the hotel so that it can be spotted easily as it's slightly at an inward angle from the road. (Hotel next to it has its name very prominently put up so kind of makes it little hard to find in one go, although Google maps show the exact location.

The rooms were good at time but there is no proper maintenance. The flush lever was coming out, the tea kettle was having its lid broken. The AC was not working. No cooling. Water was dripping and making a mess all over the floor. One bottle of complimentary mineral water bottle for a couple. Single person toiletries. The plus points are: Good and promt room service Unlimited regular water Friendly staff The hotel is around 28km from airport. The front desk arranges a airport transfer for 1.5K. Location is just behind Cygnett Dehradun and Sarovar Premium

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
