The best hotel in budget..... As it was my 1st trip to mahabaleshwar I had booked this hotel ... According to other hotel prices this hotel is so budget friendly.... All the staff were helpful and respectful..... And the best thing is that this hotel is located in the main market... It was a good experience to stay here....

It is walking distance from your arrival point in Mahabaleshwar. Just 2 minutes from where we alighted from sleeper Bus from Mumbai . They are very helpful. Though we arrived quiet early, they gave us small room to freshn up till our room was being ready. That room was also good if you are on the go. As it is in places like Mahabaleshwar we don't stay in hotel rooms much as we have to go for sightseeing. Our room was clean and spacious. It was quite a good budget hotel.

Nice stay in budget. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is at the best spot, it is just adjacent to the main market. One can find spots to eat and roam in the market in the evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
