I stayed for two nights. The room I booked is neat, but it is too small for the price. The bathroom was clean and they had an instant water heater which was a plus. I won't recommend the food that you are getting from room service. Take a walk outside and you can see plenty of good hotels nearby. The hotel doesn't have any separate parking space. If you are coming by car you need to park it on the road side.

Lacked basic toiletries such as paste and brush only gets two small soaps for two days nothing else What's shown in the mmt and the actual is very different. Overall it felt like a lodge. The walls on the front are made of plywood and you can hear everything what's happening outside the room, very loud. Basically it was a dormitory converted to a lodge I had cockroaches in the bathroom

Comfortable Stay. I would like to tell everyone to stay at this hotel at least once. Mr. khalid shaikh is a very good person. Even though I was checking out late, he did it for free without taking a single penny. Humanity is still alive.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I stayed here just for a day and it was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had in my life and i am not even exaggerating. The hotel is surrounded by slums and the only redeeming quality is the location. You will get a rikshaw easily and and it's very close to the US consulate and VAC. The rooms and the toilets are so small it's not even worth mentioning. There is no ventilation here and the only window that opens has a dirty gap between the wall outside, that feels like has not been cleaned for decades. The bed was infested with leeches and the blanket had a weird smell to it. There is not even a place to eat in the room, so you will basically have to put the plate on your thighs and eat. The intercoms don't work and you will have to call the receptionist on his personal phone(and sometimes he does not even pick up the call). There are literally only 2-3 breakfast options and whatever they are serving has no standard. It feels like they are running out of utensils and do not bother to unpack the food they serve(my dinner was a parcel bag and i was told to unpack it). The worst part about this hotel is the receptionist. He doesn't even bother about your complains. He completely forgot my breakfast order and didn't even bother to apologise for it. Please do not make the mistake I made. It's not worth it. Not sure why this hotel is marked 3 star.

The room was good enough, spacious as according to mumbai. But apart from room, the regular services lacks. The room was not properly cleaned even after telling the manager. The door bell was not in working conditions and there was no readiness for drying up the towel of their own. When asked for new towel then they provided the wet towel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
