Service was not good and moreover they don't care about the future Business. I went on Saturday to book rooms for my upcoming stay. But they didn't entertained as they were busy with just 2 guest who were perhaps completing check out formalities. If they don't care about the future Business then how can they give a good service while on stay.

Close to beach with a 2 min walk. Excellent spacious rooms with prompt service. They have a nice inhouse cafeteria, an accessible pool and spa services. Best choice for stay if you're not staying near the temple. Puri Jaggannath temple is about 4 KMs and auto will get you there in about Rs.150-200.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. *Cleanness can be improved

Rooms - Furnishings very average and room was smelly. Poor ventilation. Provisions below par. Room lacks a basic amenity called water heater and for anything from hot water to tea, you need to contact room service. Extension phone was not working properly. Maximum of 2 mineral water bottles per day per room (After that they provide Aquaguard water which tastes weird). In bathroom, 2 containers of bath soap and hand wash were present. Not sure, which was which. No shampoo. Toiletries at Maximum cost cutting mode. On TV, very limited channels available. Food - Food quality was good for both Veg and non-veg. But for complimentary breakfast, it's pure veg. Bogus reason was provided when asked why but actual reason is cost cutting mode. Completion of breakfast items as per menu was available 20 min beyond scheduled start time, but customers are reminded to follow timings for checkout at 8 am sharp. Amenities - Among available amenities, used pool service. Pool was ok but the rails were in poor state. One sidebar was creaking dangerously to die down any minute. Temperature control not available. Car parking space absent - you have to park on road (its on you luck whether you get space or not). When I visited this establishment last time, it was ok-ok. But now the management has got one step forward in the wrong direction by doing cost cutting at any scope possible. Visit at your own peril. EDIT: Sapphire hotel has commented falsely here that they served egg in breakfast which they haven't. Also I had checked out right at 8 and I waited from 8 am to 8:20 am in restaurant waiting for all items of breakfast to be available. I will request hotel authorities to work on better service and amenities to get better rating from customers - lying won't help.

The hotel has tremendous potential provided hotel management gives more importance on maintenance and overhaul of the rooms and facilities. Most of the rooms seems old and feels claustrophobic except sea facing ones. However attached restaurants and swimming pool and proximity to sea beach is added advantage. Quite expensive given the quality of rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
