My stay at Hotel Sapphire in Amritsar was fantastic. When I lost my phone and cash while traveling, the hotel owner and staff displayed incredible kindness and helpfulness. They didn't even request an advance payment. The hotel's location, just 50 meters from the Golden Temple, made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, a clear indication of their dedicated maintenance efforts.

Excellent Hospitality. Super clean rooms. Delicious paratha n sandwiches , valuable guidance regards to touring n vehicle arrangements if required. n prompt service. Our entire team of kids adults n senior citizen loved staying at Hotel Sapphire Amritsar.

We had an amazing stay. Hotel is very close to Golden temple entrance. Really good for elderly parents. Rooms were fully AC and very comforting during extremely hot weather. Bathrooms are fully equipped and clean. Front desk staff helped us with the taxi, let us stay longer on our check out day, and also held onto our luggage as we went for another visit to market before our evening train. All in all great experience.

Great location, very close to golden temple vip gate and nri guest house. Even you can see the temple from the terrace. I am 57 yrs of age and was on vacation with my family, stayed two nights. It was very nice stay. The room was a bit small for the cost but well maintained. Arrangement for visiting wagha attari border can be available from just outside the hotel at the cost around 1500bucks. We enjoyed the stay.

Great view and amazing variety of rooms. One of the best properties near the Temple. The staff is quite cooperative and available 24/7. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Worth the visit

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
