Very poor rooms with old lights and furnitures . Very poor beds and wash rooms it needs renovation . Owner is very arrogant and no maintenance and food quality is too bed insecticides are casually seen in breakfast . It is full waste of money and it is equivalent to dharmshala and govt. Rain Basera is much more better than this property . Note Please do visit the kitchen of the hotel they have all burst quality food raw materials especially the oil of lower grade and green vegetables are kept for months and cooked . Hence it is advised that do not eat anything from the restuarant . Breakfast which they offer are below the bench mark and sambhar vada which they usually use to give in breakfast is like stone in softness and full of hairs and insects in all food items .

When I entered the hotel I found a welcoming environment....the room was spacious and had basic amenities like soap, toothpaste and brush, Everyday when I return the room was clean and things were in place...the staff was polite and attended my queries diligently. Overall a good experience.

Excellent location, 24 hours check out option, wide rooms and fare options for buffet breakfast are pros for this hotel. The only cons is you will get warm water for bathing but not hot water that too after 3 to 4 buckets of cold water from tap which you will end up forcefully wasting the water. Rest everything is good.

Good hotel, food quality served is good, nice place to visit with family and friends. Hygiene maintained, Rate of items are comparatively good. Peaceful sitting arrangement, room service are comfortable and staff is supportive.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
