Rooms are good and specious. Hotel is maintained as well. One suggestion is that they can increase staff for betterment. Location is also like few kilometres from Kashi vishwanath mandir and near to kal bhairav mandir with good public transport.

Pathetic experience out here. We booked two rooms and I was interacting with Mr. Abhinay and he sent an invoice to me with Rs. 3000 per room and I had to book for 2 days. During checkout he gave me a bill of 14k stating that Rs. 3000 was per room per night. In the invoice provided it was no where mentioned about per night rate. For the first night room provided to me was small and still the rate was same. After complaining many times they changed my room but the overall experience was like I was cheated. So would request to take this hotel as last option and if you are still going for it please make sure you confirm the rate before hand else they will surely cheat you as well.

We had a very bad experience of staying in Satya Inn hotel.We checked in on 21st.Nov and stayed in room no.207 and checked out on 24th Nov.We packed up the luggage and proceeded to the reception.The employee Sonu brought the suitcase and put it in the taxi dicky .During the transition my new sketcher shoes costing Rs.8000/-,which were kept in the outer pocket of the suitcase went missing. But I discovered it only when I boarded the train. After that I made several calls to the reception but the receptionist Diksha Pathak kept denying their fault. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
