Used to be better. Recent changes in the fine dining area are terrible. Roof top are is clustered which can be enjoyed still but the lighting is poor quality. Random flashing of extremely bright light. Atmosphere neither dark not bright. Can understand what they aiming for. Seating arrangement and seats in general are terrible. Height difference between seats and table is huge. Like sitting on floor and eating from table. Highly uncomfortable. Food is good but does not match the price. The plates that were provided had oil stains visible to blind which is totally unacceptable. Just drop the food on table and not even bother to serve it. U need to keep calling if u need to order. That too on not so busy day. On top of that 10% service charge added to the bill along with all the taxes. To add salt to injury the waiter asked for tips despite charging 10% service charge for a terrible service. Never visiting again.

We booked savy grand to celebrate a birthday party but unfortunately our experience was terrible.Firstly nobody came to take the order and after 40 min a person came and took the order,After placing the order we waited for 1 hour and food was not server till then.on asking how much more time would they take,we get an answer"Sir I will check and let you know".Sheér frustration gripped us,we got up to leave the hotel, the gentleman ordered his people to hold back the delivery. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel where people lack etiquettes and are least concerned about the customers who visit the hotel. I request nobody should visit this hotel where no respect is shown to the poeple. A shame to the hotel and the people!

Pathetic hotel for business stay as well as personal stay…staff is not at all supportive. They don’t even know the courtesy to customers. Not recommend to anyone. Don’t come and waste your money on staying here..better to stay at some other property at this range , you will find lot of other properties…but don’t come and stay here ….

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
