Rooms were good, it's around 5 min walking from the sea beach. Staff are good and friendly. Food is good. I took my dog as well to which there was no issue with the room and staff. Only thing that I can say is room servicing in terms of cleanliness could have been better. But all around good. They have a swimming pool as well which you can enjoy with beverages.

The property is at a prime location. It has a nice pool. That’s the only positive. Rest, everything is beyond negative. The maintenance is poor, the food is pathetic. The hotel is very short staffed. The restaurant stinks. The rooms are shabby, washrooms are shabbier. We booked only after seeing some good reviews on Google. (Now I’m not sure if they were bought, or if this property was good a few years back). We had booked the most expensive room (pool + sea view - they’ve only 8 such rooms) but were welcomed by cockroaches all over the room and washroom. The washroom drainage does not work properly. Disclaimer: Book this restaurant at your own risk! The only attraction is the view from the 8 sea facing rooms this hotel offers.

My experience at Hotel Sea Sand in Digha was absolutely delightful! Although the beach was a little far, the hotel more than made up for it with its outstanding service and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a serene ambiance. The hotel's amenities, including the well-maintained pool and beautiful surroundings, added to the overall charm of the place. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes, satisfying my taste buds with every meal. Despite the beach being a short distance away, the exceptional experience at Hotel Sea Sand made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Digha!

The hotel and staffs were good but the thing concerned was when I booked my hotels with MMT I called them and confirm to keep a view side family room when I reached hotel they mentioned the hotel was full and cannot provide the same. I went with my family and booked a delux room though they didn't bother to do so. Rest we didn't took any services as it was a two days stay with breakfast, so it was so so experience.

Their rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a serene ambiance. The hotel's amenities, including the well-maintained pool and beautiful surroundings, added to the overall charm of the place. Despite the beach being a short distance away, the exceptional experience at Hotel Sea Sand made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Digha!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
