I stayed at the hotel for just one day. The room was spacious , but honestly, not as clean as I expected. The bathroom was pretty dirty and not very hygienic. Quick tip: be careful take room photographs and video recording when you check in. Here's the weird part – after I checked out, the hotel staff called me. They claimed I messed up the room with decorations, and the whole ceiling paint got messed up. They even sent me videos. I was like, "What?" I showed them my pics, proving I didn't do any crazy decorations where showcased in their video. Then, they said something about a damaged wooden wall where I did decoration and it’s need a repaint. I offered that I will come in person to check the damages but after that. No more calls from them.

Hotel Sea view is an amazing property is located right in front of the beach. The rooms are very neat & clean. Service is impeccable. The hosts are amazing and they’ll ensure the stay at the hotel is smooth!! One of the best beach hotel in Alibaug!

If you just looking for sea view hotel go for it but room was not worth at that price what they are asking . We stayed for two days the price they are expecting was very high just for sea view. For one day 5500 is not worth .management is very rude they know customer dont have option if booked already the way the lady was talking is like hotel don’t need customer in feature . Balcony room is just to show no use of balcony as there were lot of AC water coming in balcony we can not seat there also lot of mosquitoes due dirty campus ,lot of water leakages in buildings causing mosquitoes in hotel. 5500 is not worth for one day .you will get other beach side resorts in this price as well. Pros : 1)location wise good Cons: 1)price is not worth just for location. 2)Room not that much clean with that price 3)Balcony is just for making money no use of balcony due to mosquito and dirty hotel campus and ac outlet water coming in balcony. 4) no proper four wheeler parking.

The room and their service sucks! It was quite disappointed, the service was too bad , the order we issued in their hotel were bought from outside , but when we bought food from outside and just asked for spoons , plates and few cup they denied for providing nor their behaviour is good. Even the water is not good at all , the water is not clean , and the showers were giving troubles too ,and even the charges were too high, we stayed for 1 night and the charges they applied were "13,500" (for 2 rooms which were tiny.) , And the balconies were broken like their food quality!. Very very very poor quality! I personally suggest not to stay in this hotel for vacations they would definitely ruined your holidays! ThankYou

Best location. Best view right at the beach, in front of Kolaba fort. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, 24 hrs hot water, AC in working condition, clean bedsheets, etc. Safe parking. Great ambience including sitting areas, a pool, and if you're traveling with kids or teenagers, a nice gaming zone with a pool table, tt table, and a carom board.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
