We stayed for two days with elder parents. From the initial stage they have suggested suitable room for us. Room service is good. All the hot water is available for both and drink. It's in reachable place from bus stand and main attraction.

Worst place to stay....Room stay is not good according to cost....If you are thinking to stay here please first ask them about checkin checkput time...because in different sites they have different prices and checkout time..... Beacuse of these people, tourist places have some baddest reviews

Pros: Few mins walk from this place,will take you to the junction(where you can buy all essentials),furthermore walk leads you to the lake. Rooms are spacious. Cons: Overall place is poorly maintained,the balcony is so crummy, the water tank and the connecting pipes needs big time cleaning,the water from the tap is very much discolored and cloudy,the window curtains are thin and see through,when your property is on edge of the road,you clearly need to give your guests proper privacy,pls change your curtains for god’s sake, Was the whole stay,value for money !? Hmm if you are thinking of a place in Kodai,just to come and sleep for few hours after a full day of sight seeing, you can choose this place.suitable for budget backpackers.since there aren’t any other positives to mention about this place. Will give 2/5 for the overall experience.

Room is spacious. Bathrooms are normal. Accessible location to all spots. Hot water available. Bit costly. Beware with tourist guides who indirectly charge hidden extra payment.

Location & service wise it was good 👍🏾 the room near reception had bathroom with water leak from its ceiling. Also hotel manager tried to check us out as early as 8am since there was bulk booking. As per website check in was 12pm & check out 10am. We booked 2 rooms, they insisted we check out 1 room by 8am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
