The hotel is located near to Mall road and you will find taxi stands near by for your sitevisit. We got to stay in room no 501 and it had really great view from the room. Though the room is small but enough to enjoy your Holidays and the rooms were clean with basic toiletries. And also it has common sit out area which also has library. They have their own restaurant too. It was a great experience staying there. But for old people or people having difficulty to walk it will be better to take lower floors as they don't have lift.

I went here with my parents on a vacation in 2023. The rooms in the hotel are pretty good but the views are not that good as the view from my room was of a slum area. Also, the hotel is situated pretty below the main road. Coming to the most important issue, as to why everyone should stay clear of this hotel, is that they provide extremely shady drivers. Hotels in Darjeeling and even across India, have tie-ups with drivers and car owners who rent out their cars to tourists. However, this hotel provided us with an insane driver who would often harass us with irrelevant stories and questions, he even objected me to rolling the windows up when it was raining and threatened me and my family with dire consequences if we did not shut up, apparently, our grievances was disturbing his concentration while driving. It is a general warning to anyone travelling in Darjeeling, that due to extreme commercialization, you will be duped of your money, you will get insane drivers, and you will get bad rooms and food (thankfully we got good food and rooms, at least). Overall- 2/5 Rooms- 4/5 Food- 4/5 Service- 2/5 Location- 2/5 Hygiene- 3/5

Beautiful Tibetan themed hotel with top notch service. It was a delightful experience for our family. The suite room is spacious and a great room to book if you are in a group. It is close to mall and Keventer's is a 3 mins walk uphill through a shortcut road.

Overall good experience. The hotel is decorated with Tibetan artifacts. House staffs are well behaved and responding most of the times.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
