The service was slow If you order tea/coffee packets using room telephone they take forever or say limit is over I had more than 10 room and if all the family is enjoying in 1 room I won't go and collect tea packets from 10 rooms so I called the reception but they refused. Rest was good

Good hotel...we have stayed for 6 days....food is really great, they are preparing according to your instructions....though the service is little bit slow but can manageable...my son got sick after coming to Saarnath but all hotel staff had provided all necessary arrangements....I will definitely recommend this Hotel SGT plaza

We went there for Lunch no was there to attend us. Finaly a after 15 min waiting they took our order. After 20 min we ask were is our order 'only 5 min sir' they replied, then after 50 min of waiting we left the hotal without eating anything and staf was very rood and misbehaved with us.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
