The hotel is located very conveniently on the Chandigarh Shimla highway right after turning right on to the highway. Has a god parking place. The rooms smell musty though the bedsheets are clean. The bathrooms are overall clean but look thoroughly used up including a stained toilet seat. Towels are clean. The food is tasty but expensive. The staff is curt though not outright rude. Overall good for an overnight halt for a solo traveller but would not take family there.

I xame with my family and it was a good experience. The only cons is the room heater which they have doesn't work so you may carry one. The food and the service was amazing 🤩 and it was served perfectly.

The hotel is good, the appearance and atmosphere is good, If we compare it with other hotels around then it is far better compared with the cost and atmosphere, and there is a lot of Parking space. Food is also good, They need to take little care about room housekeeping before handover to customers.

The rooms, the service, the washrooms everything was on point, perfect! Except for the fact that they didn't add toiletries in the room and you have to pay extra for that, just carry your own. Other than that the rooms are nice, spacious and so is the washroom! Will surely visit again. Had a great night there it was worth every penny! ✨

They are charging for whatever is possible.. as small as tooth paste.. which cost me 50rs.. they claim to be a 4 star property.. but actually it's a 3 star property

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
