They are scammer in the name of hotel.. they give commision to auto drivers and charge heavy charges from us. At the time of checkout they ask for extra money. Worst hotel i hav ever seen. Please dnt book rooms in this hotel

Mu experience was really poor with this hotel. It was a waste of money. They had cockroachs in the room, no towels, no hand soaps, even the sheets weren't clean. The staff is unresponsive and takes a lot of time to respond. They take a full advance payment for the room then bill you at the end of your stay during your check out and add the GST at the end. Extremely poor stay.

One of the pathatic service services of this hotel, Also they had done cheating with us, I had paid all the amount but at the time of check out they had additional charges from me. I suggest to every visitor to avoid this kinds of property because Bhopal had more better hotel which better and fair service

The worst experience ever !! . It was a total nightmare. Staffs are so rude and bully .Rooms are tiny like matchboxes .All the noises from railway station and busy roads can be heard from room . Very uncooperative and mannerless staff . They are like goons literally! . This hotel spoiled our trip . Never ever stay there with family , it’s not at all safe !

Worst services. Price for 1 room came at end was 6500, it wasn’t communicated earlier. They asked for extra GST while checking out and we thought the charges we paid were including GST. Room service was the worst, they didn’t had a blanket to serve! Food was awful!

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
