I spent 2 days with my partner last month in a basic room category @1800 and found it very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and cooperative as I had a foreign partner . It's really best affordable hotel in whole mount Abu and it' is since 50 years . I truly recommend you guys.

Poor service overall. The staff is not cooperative at all. In addition they misbehave with customers like goons. Drinking water is not available as well. Not a worthy place to visit.

This place is like the center you can walk to Nakki lake from Polo ground or you can just step down to the taxi stand to get a taxi for local seight seeing. The rooms are good and clean, advisable to check rooms in abu before booking online as not all rooms are as what you see. Hotel Shanti has good room facility for family and good inhouse hotel for food. Or you can allways go little ahead to have soke good streat food if you feel like.

We tried the Rajasthan World Famous Special Daal Baati Churma, which was good in taste with good quantity and the price is also not high. We also tried their special thali and it was also amazing. These 2 items were enough for 4 of us so no complaint for the quantity served here. We also tried their special Kesar Rabdi and it was tasty. Overall the food is quite good here. The Ambience and sitting arrange is also fine. But one thing i would like to mention is their service is kind of sloppy. They started serving the customer who came after us and when we mentioned this to them then they were attentive to us as well. Beside this one bad experience, this place is totally recommended.

Rooms are in good and hygienic condition though rooms are small. Catering service and staff is good as well. Apart from this, this hotel is the heart of Mt Abu so you can easily reach your room in evening time after having dinner anywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
