I have been staying in this hotel from past 4 times and the hotel is really good. the staffs are very cooperative and help you out in all means possible. It's very safe for those girls who are travelling alone. The rooms are good and the bathroom is amazing and well maintained. One this is worth mentioning that the Food here is damn good and in affordable prices. Parathas are must try.

I stayed at a hotel in Delhi with my family from Nov 3 to Nov 5. It was a terrible experience. - The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. - Bathrooms were too tiny, and you couldn't take a proper bath because the commode was too close it will touch your legs while taking bath. - The rooms were not clean, and they didn't wash the towels, bedsheets, or curtains. - The floors were dirty with dark spots. - The cupboards had cockroaches. - There was no hot water for showers. - Staff is not trained - The service was incredibly slow; it took over an hour to get food or tea. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Google and Make My Trip. It was a disappointing and regrettable experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Delhi instead book any other hotel nearby.

I have taken rooms for 2 days that is on 30 and 31dec, but the service they provide is not at all satisfied because there was no hot water provided in my room other customers has faced the same problem and I request them to provide room heaters in the room but they said they were not having, and no TV remote in our room. I would like to say one thing u can good hotels near by this hotel with less tariff. I won't recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel, hotel is absolutely dirty and filthy, AC is smelling, no warm water...rooms are dirty and small...smell in entire room. Management staff are no less than hooligans, they act very rudely...whole night people are talking and screaming on the streets. They give only bread butter in the name of complementary breakfast... Bedsheets have oil,sabji and vegetable stains...n it was changed for us just before midnight...ITS TOTALLY UNSAFE FOR FAMILIES. ...pls dont check in here...pls dont

Service was pathetic, Attitude and behavior of the staffs are very bad , Rooms were all dusty , Toilet was covered with spider webs . Flask and kettle too were so dusty as if it was never touched to clean .. There were better options near by .. Better go for alternate options.. Worst staying experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
