        The hotel is haunted. My parents experienced multiple paranormal activities and no staff was there other than the guard at the gate. They left the hotel an hour after they checked in. They requested a room change but their issue was not resolved.

        The hotel bed cover were not clean and it was not properly washed. Black stain and asked the staff to replace it. The second one also was dirt and then we took it seriously and asked the hotel to replace with a clean sheet. Finally they got a better one. Very bad on a ready to occupy room at shelter. Will never book a room again.

        Do not stay here until renovation is complete. All hotel staff's are excellent but run by a pathetic management who wants to suck money from the customers even-though they don,t have all facilities. It should be closed until renovation work is complete. There were no proper rooms- since i had no time and with family, somehow managed to stay 1 day though i had booked for 2 days. They promised for the 1 day refund but almost after 2 weeks - not done. Rooms doesn,t deserve any star rating as still renovation is going on.

        The location of the restaurant is in the prime area. But they have checking time only by 11am which is a little bit annoying. You need to pre book 10 days ahead of your stay. One of the hotel rooms has a view of Saibaba temple which is just opposite to the hotel.

        Hotel Shelter is located in good place with easy approach. A lot of renovation work is in progress. Rooms are compact and neat. Bath rooms are fine. Facilities are good. Services are good. Morning complimentary breakfast was delicious with varieties of items. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel for two days.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
