The rooms were good, I felt they were slightly overpriced as some of the facilities were lagging like the geyser was only giving 15 minutes of hot water, they don't have a hand jet in the washroom. There is an electric kettle but they won't provide any tea bags or anything. Breakfast should have been included as ordering food from their menu was quite pricey, but it was tasty. The location is good, all the restaurants and other shops are nearby only. The manager was very professional and helpful.

To be very honest, I am not the person who even makes any efforts to write a review. But, Trust me when I say this. After I checked out from the hotel. I have been looking for such a room which is value for money but I never found it again. The hotel is located at a very main stream location. The rooms are so great I could not describe. The service is commendable. Most importantly, The manager out of all the staff is the best one I have ever come across. I left my laptop at the reception after checking out and they kept it safe for 1 whole week until I went back to collect it.

Do not stay in this hotel The person on the reception wearing spects who claims to be the owner is extremely rude, arrogant and knows nothing about hospitality While I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Rishikesh in the past, I never had this experience when I had to shift at 8:30 in the night with my 7 year old daughter and old mother ! This has been my worst experience in the hotel Rooms are small when it comes to area and they charge money claiming view from the blacony is just nil Do not stay here, pathetic state

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
