Very stingy ( kanjoos) Stock of things are less than their rooms TV is not working and after calling reception he sent a man and man can also not on the TV 😭😭

After reading so many good reviews i booked this hotel. There were also bad reviews but i ignored. When i checked in i went to room What i found a dirty bed sheet and dirty pillow cover which they didn't change after last someone's checked in. Then there were no water geyser. After paying 2500 i took cold shower. I ignored all but when the food came it was very shocking i found cockroach in food. It was disgusting. I literally had vomit. After complaining about food even manager was fighting with me. I never stayed in hotel like. The experience was totally horrible.

It was horrible experience, stayed for 2 nights, day 1 even after requesting 3 times for hot water, to three different staff member they didnt provide us hot water.. i had sore throat and it was chilly cold weather entire day i was without water.. after complaining to goibibo one of the staff member Mr MLT gave us hot water amd water heater kettle on day2 . Bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty and not washed.. room heater was part on inclusion but we had to pay for it.. overall it was pathetic experience.. main culprit was goibibo for suggesting us this hotel .. package drinking was in inculsion but again it was charged at hotel

Decently priced and clean rooms, Well Mannered staff and good food. You can hear river flow sound in your room that's very soothing. Gurudwara Sahib and Shiv Mandir are in walking distance. Overall we experienced good time here. So kudos Hotel shivalik Management.

This place is in very good location and has a fantastic view. All temples are on walkable distance.rooms are clean. Room service is good. Food is awesome & tasty but bit expensive.we all have enjoyed a lot at this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
