the stay at the hotel was decent, the rooms and amenities are good but a few things here and there need to be improved. The room service is a bit too slow and the room allotted to us had some stained bed sheets and covers that we had to ask them to replace. other than that the hotel staff was polite and the hotel is neat and clean with well-lit rooms and corridors.

Good hotel , try to book before and come at hotel. They increase the prices when you try to do it offline. Rooms - Good , comfortable and clean Staff - Well trained , just avoid taking any services like auto or car or boat rides as they charge commission over it. Accessibility - Shivala ghat is nearby

Greetings! It is absolutely not recommended. Did not have a great stay what I thought of. Firstly, The bathrooms were not clean bucket was not washed and no soap , no hand towels and tissue papers were there. When asked were provided. Secondly, there are no windows no balcony in the room the room is very dark. Thirdly As it is on the main road lots of noise comes at night. Fourthly The room was stinking as we enter and we have to keep our door open for sometime. Fifthly The kettle in the room was dirty even we could not drink morning tea or heat the water for drinking. Lastly they did not even ask or any feedback regarding the stay. Not a great experience.

We had booked Deluxe room for 3 days stay. Rooms size is ok but room smells a bit being no windows at all. If rooms are available, they provide early check-in. When we arrived, toilet flush was not working in room 401 after which serviceman repaired it which took 30 minutes of us. Then it worked for 5 minutes and then again stopped working. Then we shifted to room 202 where there was another issue in bathroom. Water was not flowing properly in drainage and got collected at the bathroom door. For all the days, we needed to call a person and swipe the water. It was irritating. AC was also not cooling properly. Regular service is ok. But both day and night receptionists seems uninterested in your requests if any. They just ignore it. Location is good but gets noisy due to traffic rush.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
