        I booked 1 delax room withdouble bed for 4 night with rs 5551 through AGODA agency....but they cheet with us...they provided us a very cheep unhealthy dirty tiny room which fare should be maximum 400 per night.

        The main thing is that the hotel manager has a very (100x) bad behaviour. This is because they also limited the time of the lift. My mom has a broken bone and the manager disabled the lift. We returned at 11:00 p.m. and my mom wants the lift. So we said to the manager to enable the lift but the manager does not want to enable. Then after few minutes the manager enabled it. In the other hand the hand toilet shower is leaking. Means it is wasting water. They also broke the switch on button on the tv. Also they broke the regulator of the fan. Second, we just bathed in the sea and then when we returned to the hotel, the manager does not want us to go to the room by lift and saying to use the stair instead. Because we wore wet clothes. They also made a rule that wet clothes is not allowed in the lift. Why? Don't the manager will clean it at the end of the day? He is just thinking that he is a king and he will never clean the lift. My mom already had a broken leg and the manager wants us to use the stair. How unrespectful!!! I recommend you to don't (I mean literally don't) stay in this hotel. Just book another hotel except the Shreekhetra the stupid hotel. You can find another hotels by Google.

        Located around 10 minutes walk from the beach, its little far considering you are soaked after sea bath. The rooms are comfortable, but the staff behaviour is extremely poor. Only money matters to them. They take advantage of every situation to scoop extra money from the customers. There are hundreds of better hotels at Puri. Highly unrecommended.

        manager's behavior was very rough and rude he does not know how to behave with a guest. they charged a high amount for their third class room. I think PURI POLICE must take an action against this hotel manager. the quality of food was bad and too must costly. please do not go to that hotel.

        The most horrible and worst hotel I hv ever been in my life. Bedsheets and towels were so dirty that we had to buy new from the market. Rooms dirty, bathroom dirtiest, no wash basin in some rooms, in some rooms the wash basin is inside the room and it's the tiniest wash basin I have ever seen. No hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. Walls of the rooms are dirty. No food available. Stuffy and suffocating rooms and if u r lucky enough to get a balcony then the view from it is that of garbage dump. Book a room there only if u hv no other option and then hv once in a lifetime experience of the worst hotel.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
