The Best dining hall in Heart of the city. All food items are excellent & tasty. Parking facility is good as a valet service. Only thing is the waiting period which is very high... Owners of hotel must beautify the hotel with unique arrangements

I visited this hotel with my mother. It's a decent place; the standout was the authentic puran poli, a must-try dish. The portion size is adequate, and the staff is attentive. They offer valet parking, but it's somewhat pricey. The place isn't wheelchair-friendly due to a few steps, although the staff is helpful. Unfortunately, I did not use the washroom to find out whether it is accessible or not. (Management, here's a suggestion: The back door exit has just one step. Installing a wheelchair ramp would cost few hundreds, and adding clear signages and restroom access could make your establishment more inclusive, adding significant value)

Visited this place recently on 8th December 2023.Food was not as expected. We use to visit this place with family and the food was excellent but now it has changed. Did not like the menu and the taste. Specialy the batawada dipped in sweet curd.Then 2 pieces of panipuries which was very spicy. Cocum amti was sweet.And one item was spicy chanadal. All these items were not good and not expected by Shreyas which is our first choice for maharashtrian, quality food .

Tasteless food, over hyped, found hairs in sweet dish (have to order separately as it's not part of thali & for that you have to pay extra price.. ), sweeter food, not a single sign it as a Marathi food, it's just a sweet Gujarati thali. Not worth to pay 380rupees for a thali. But I liked their decision to not include any sweet dish as an inclusive item in the thali, as the whole thali itself is a Sweet dish so, what's more to add 😬

Great place to enjoy Maharashtrian food. This time found the footfall of many Punekars staying abroad and visiting Pune for Diwali. Pre-booking during weekends, holidays, and festive season is highly recommended. Service is prompt as it does not have any menu card except thali and sweets. Although they have valet parking, it gets full very early.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
