I stayed in Shri Ram Excellency hotel with my family for 2 days, and it was okay. We booked 2 rooms. The room service and response to our queries and requirements were fine. The shower in one of the rooms we were provided to stay was leaking. Food and beverages were costly compared to the quality. The wifi connection they offer is not secure. I joined their wifi network, and I was watching a YouTube video that got connected to a smart television out of nowhere. It was not the smart television of my room. I didn't even watch television for once while I was there. I was quite suspicious after that incident, so I didn't use their wifi thereafter. Would rate 3/5 for the overall experience I had while I stayed in the hotel Shri Ram Excellency

My review of shri Ram Excellency. After staying in this hotel for 2 days with my family, I would say I had to be skeptical even when I didn't want to. - The problem I had with was safety : [some of the hotel staff members were giving uncomfortable stares, especially to the ladies in my family] - The wifi they provide is not secure : [data hack] - Shower had leakage problem in the rooms provided - They didn't bother themselves to do more inquiries on one of my missing item, which was a puma sweater. I highly doubt that I lost my sweater there, yet they denied that they didn't find it.

The hotel is Good; but their service is horrible. The staff at this restaurant don't value your time. We had waited for more than 45 mins just for their idly, dosa and coffee. Because of them all our travel plans got ruined. If you don't value our time, you don't deserve our time.

Hotel staf has no value for time. The staff didn't specify the amenities which are chargeable inside room and while checking out, they charged us more than 1500 INR. Please be careful while reading the instruction sheet because it's barely found anywhere in room. Also the complementary water is available after 10 am, they won't provide instructions before checking in.
