The hotel is very near to new delhi railway station gate 3 , hardly 300-400 meters from exit gate 3 towards paharganj side. I stayed for 5 days and my stay was very decent. The chef at the hotel is a very very amazing cook. My piece of advice is to have the food in the hotel , reasonable price and super tasty food. The room price was also reasonable and good staff as well. If you book in advance then it may be a little less . I booked at the last minute so it cost me 2k per day.

Hi, my name is aniket. I stayed in your property. I had a horrible experience. 1. Mr ashok who sits in the reception, he has a very unruly and rude way of speaking. When we checked in, the Ac did not have remote. I asked for it they said the temperature is fixed cant be changed. 2. I wanted to pay via card. Mr. Ashok insisted me to pay in cash. After a lot of discussion, he agreed. To top it up he didnt even charge the card machine. 3. There is a no smoking board in the lobby and your staff smoke in the lobby and stubb the cigarette buds on the floor. 4. Mr. Ashok was behaving as if i was staying in your property for free. Your staff had witnessed every thing. I believe he was intoxicated. Which makes it more unsafe for families to stay at your property. I will give my review in google. Thanks and regards. Suggestions: please dont treat your customers this way. Other your business wont sustain.

We booked this hotel because they said that they have 24h reception, so the check in is available 24hours, they put this in booking and we also send a message to confirm this. So, we booked a room using booking and when we arrive at 3am all hotel was closed and the reception had the lights off. We woke up all the workers that were sleeping at the reception. They didn't manage well, we had a reservation in this hotel. They said us that they didn't have a room for us, so they send us to another hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
