WE senior citizens had a harrowing experience yesterday night.cockroaches running around leaking taps dripping throughout the night washbasins leaking water touching the feet staff trying to repair till 12 night,Don't ever book this hotel

Pros 1 Nice n clean rooms, clean linen 2 Good service 3 Calm place. Near ( one and half km) from Narendra modi, motera stadium. Cons 1 Toilet needs to be in clean condition 2 need to update their own phone number, current number is of OYO. On calling Oyo , they said rooms are not available. Contact hotel directly their they offer better price compared to online booking

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
