        1. The food overall wasn't satisfactory. While the dal was decent, the paneer and other vegetable dishes were of poor quality. Additionally, they didn't serve raita or dahi, and the sweets were stale, and the same dish was repeated daily. 2. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained. Issues like broken wash basins and drain pipes were reported but weren't fixed despite complaints. 3. Despite their claim of providing hot water from 5:30 to 11 am, the reality was different. The hot water only lasted for about 2 hours because they don't have electrical boiler but burn wood in big container. There was no provision of a geyser in the bathroom. 4. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

        Don't go in winters because they provide hot water only for two hours. Also, maintenance is very poor. Washrooms were dirty and wash basin broken. Overall bad experience. Stayed from 27.12.23 to 30.12.23 in room 214. Had to shift away from room 212 because there was no wifi there.

        Worst place to stay. We had booked safari 3months back for Ranthambore on 7th nov 2023. After check in on 6th evening repeatedly informed in reception about the booking. Very carelessly they said canter/jeep will come between 6.15 to 7am. Accordingly we kept waiting in lobby on 7th. No vehicle came. At 7.50am when I called tour agency and they again called hotel then they realised. After that we were sent by an unprofessional driver who was driving at 100kmph in local roads to drop us at safari gate. We just prayed not to meet an accident. When we arrived at safari gate vehicle had left as safari time is from 7am and hotel had not intimated them about the booking. After that too we were forced to join the safari when the vehicle returns around 9am. Rooms are unclean.. no proper service. Water is supplied from drums. Total mismanagement. High rates compared to standard. When we complained hotel says owners father is not well he can't co ordinate. Is that the responsibility of a tourist? Even says we are not allowed to complain. We were awake from 5am and had lost time and energy. At 2pm they booked safari in zone 10 though my reason for booking 3months back was because I got zone 3

        The hotel really Good and the location is also good Staff is so cooperative. Food is also good.service is awesome. Whenever we needed milk for baby snacks and anything. It was a great stay. Swimming pool is clean with good surrounding environment.
