        Room is okay. Location is good, near to airport and metro station. Restaurant with bar available. Restaurant has very limited food options. Breakfast menu also limited, very basic. In fruit, they serve watermelon every day.

        We had an amazing experience staying at the Hotel Silver Inn, got an amazing deal where we got a family room for 4 and breakfast+ dinner included. The meals were home cooked and hence they were super delicious. The property is amidst greenery and is very peaceful. The service staff were also very kind and polite. Overall a great experience. I would recommend it for sure.

        At every point of time need to request to staff multiple time. The receptionist is very rudely talked with time of check . Whenever we are asking to anything to staff they are directly decided even I asked for a gym that I can saw in photos of hotel portal but they are denied then I checked all the floor and I get the it but it is not functioning Checkin checkout feasibility is very poor due to less staff

        We had an amazing experience staying at the Hotel Silver Inn, got an amazing deal where we got a family room for 4 and breakfast+ dinner included. The meals were home cooked and hence they were super delicious. The property is amidst greenery and is very peaceful. The service staff were also very kind and polite. Overall a great experience. I would recommend it for sure.

        i m stay in 5 day in this hotel, but its service and management is very very bed , its meal is also very bed and delaying to serve almost waiting 15 min. for chapati during lunch, and verity of beakfast, lunch, dinner is very less repeated daily same dishes.....

        Air India suddenly switched my flight from Jaipur to Mumbai to Hyderabad, to depart a day early from Jaipur but the same day from Mumbai, which meant almost an entire day layover in Mumbai. After complaining in person at Jaipur, Air India arranged for an overnight hotel stay at the Sliver Inn. The evening manager and staff were very nice and accommodating. However, this is where good impressions stopped. The provided dinner and breakfast were just ok. The worst thing was the room (503). The room had a very strong smell of mold and mildew, such that I could not sleep well at all. Also, there was a dark stain on the ceiling. The same smell was downstairs in the gym and laundry areas. There was no way I could exercise in there. In addition, the TV and cable box did not work. A technician came to the room and worked on it but as soon as she left it quit working again. This was my worst hotel experience ever. I would not go back there again, even if it were free.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
