        Overall this place is Great. Little Hotel. The first room we were given, absolutely stunk from the bathroom and there were also serious mould issues on the pillow. We went to speak to the management on the front desk and I have to say they were absolutely great. They moved all our belongings for us and we couldn't have asked for more. All I would say is if you have a problem with your room, go to reception and speak to them. They are more than happy to assist where they can, however if they don't know there's a problem. How the hell can they help? Will definitely be coming back to the silverine Hotel in the future.

        This property is clean and at the mall road. The price is decent and the food is tasty as well. Also they cater your requests for cab arrangements or tourism packages etc. Loved the hospitality here

        The worst experience ever. Rooms and washrooms were stinking. Linens were super dirty. Towels and napkins were not provided untill asked and that too were dirty. Blankets were not washed. No tea kit no dental kit were given. Only one complimentary bottle was given in 4 members for a room. Food quality was absolutely not good. The restaurant staff was also rude in responsing. A big No for this place.

        The location of this hotel is an off beat location away from mall road if you have parents with you who have problem walking much, don't go to this place. When you enter the rooms they are clean but the services are below average the showers don't work properly. We ordered pizza from outside and the delivery boy was not able to reach us we asked for help at the reception we said will pay to the help if someone can, they simply denied that no one will go to pick your order. Not at all happy with the location and services of the hotel.

        Room was Good, Location is little bit on isolated side, but no issues with safety but little bit hectic for reaching out for healthy and old age people.. view is nice, food is also good.. but kitchen and service staff is good. but owner/manager and their so called boy is confused about everything.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
