Our stay here was very comfortable with neat and clean and very spacious rooms, great views of lake and good service. The food is very home-like and tasty. We loved the sitting out in the balcony and enjoying the beautiful lake. We will definitely visit again

View is great but no parking space. Rooms are fine but service is poor. When I visited it was most rushed time but kitchen wasn't operational. You would've to walk long which may pup out your lungs. Also the hotel doesn't entertain additional services or special request. I faced rude behaviour from manager. I'd suggest to find good hotel near main road with good service in same budget.

Overall decent experience. Expensive rooms. But are mostly neat and clean. The best part is the scenary where entire the Nainital Lake is visible. Has a weird rule of not allowing outside foods inside the hotel. Room service is okayish, but staff service is bad. One of them didn't even help to pull the luggages despite saying he will come. -P.S-- Suggesting visitors that cheaper options are available in the city.

We booked Silverton for three nights on a long weekend and we were two families with children. The approach to the property is a small walk but it is very manageable for most age groups. They help in moving the luggage and then you finally enter into the property and it gosh it beautiful. Very tastefully done huge rooms with the bonanza of balconies peeping at the serene lake. We loved sitting the sun and watching the silent lake gleaming in sun. The rooms have a very fresh vibe and they scream ‘luxury’. To make your evenings cozy, they provide bonfire which is the ultimate nerve-soother. Crisp mountain air, lip-smacking food, extremely polite staff, away from the madding crowd, value for money, and surreal views of the lake and mountain…Silverton is all things good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Silverton. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The lake view from rooms is a another big plus to this property.. Thank you Silverton team, Will definitely recommend to my colleagues!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
