The rooms are extremely good. What is up with the reviews on Maps. The bathroom is not stinky. The AC unit works fine. Rooms are not dirty. Service is bad because we told to clean our room at 7:00 AM and they did not clean it till we came back. The location is also great.

We were over 40 people staying here for 5 nights to do wedding ceremonies. Everything was arranged perfectly and the staff was polite and kind to address any concerns we had. Rooms are comfortable and pool is also big enough to cater large gatherings. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Close proximity to many of the must visit touristic places as well.

The photos are misleading, the actual rooms are quiet disappointing. The rooms did not have any hot water in the morning , we had to make do with a broken bucket filled with a little hot water in it. The extra bed we had ordered was old, rusted and unstable and kept shaking at the slightest movement. Overall a bad place to stay at when better options are present and the for the price definitely not worth it

The hotel is near to the beach, rock memorial, temple, church and wax museum. So the main attractions can be covered through nearby area. The hotel is good with swimming pool, restaurant, bar etc. It is clean but the maintenance should be better as the remote of the AC was not working .. Except the little on maintenance side the hotel is good.. It is on the main road itself. Good 👍

This place is clean only when we take care of it. The toilet is not clean.staffs are rude to the guest and they are not helping. Rooms are okay range. AC is very nice.... But the TV condition is very bad. There was no dish 📡 and the plug was cut off. But kids will love these hotels cause it has a play area and a pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
