Great location at Ramoji film City. Rooms were okay, nothing great. The lobbies were extravagantly illuminated. Food was great. We had a tour of the studio. Visited the sets of various films. Nice experience. We had an alumni get together. The company was more important than everything else.

Staying inside the Ramoji Film City itself gives a different feeling and the warm welcome to the Sitara Hotel adds to feeling great. Rooms are nicely maintained. Good food. Staff are courteous and helpful. They helped me a lot in arranging local Film City tour which was not planned earlier. I was especially impressed by the efficiency of Ms. Bharti, who shorted out all the issues quite smoothly.

The rooms are well-appointed, providing a blend of modern amenities and luxury. However, some guests noted occasional delays in service. The hotel's dining options receive praise for their diverse menu, but improvements in the speed of service have been suggested. Overall, Sitara Luxury Hotel provides a pleasant experience with room for enhancement in certain service aspects.

The best hotel at Ramoji Film City. Rooms are spacious. Good responsive house keeping staff. Great view from the hotel. Choose the Lake view. Food and drink are good. Good behavior from the restaurant staff. Management staffs are also very friendly. I would rate 10 of 10

I recently had a delightful stay at Sitara Luxury hotel. The impeccable service and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. They have well explained and guided me with Ramoji film city tour as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
