I recently had the pleasure of staying at Skylight Royal Stay, and it was an absolute delight! The boutique resort exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of charm. The attention to detail is evident, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly pampered throughout my stay.

Really appreciate on getting personal attention by the owners, couple were very nice and helpful too, location is nice view from tarrace and Swimming pool looks they have repaired it newly the entire villa is best for the group

We stayed there for 4 nights. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Room no. 104 did not have ventilation. There was dirty smell for 1st two days(after complained they did some cleaning). No hot water was there for the 4 days. Rooms did not have light near dressing table. Rooms had not cleaned properly, they did not cleaned bathroom and floor for 4 days, only bed was get cleaned everyday. Empty tea cups and glasses were not provided in the room. There was muddy water in bathrooms. Hotel staff was fooling the poor manager. Manager should check work done by hotel staff. They do not provide fish dishes. Only good points that we experience that as follows: 1. Rooms was specious. 2. Kitchen manager was very polite and nice person. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. Exterior was good.

The place is nice and clean. A few of the rooms are good and a few you should avoid as there is no ventilation. The hotel has a pool which is clean. The restaurant offers below average food with poor service. But you can find quantity restaurants just 200 meter from hotel. There is a nearby bike rental shop as well around 100 meter. Its a good choice if you are looking for a budget hotel. Besides if you are in Goa, you will stay in hotel the least. One point of Advice. Do not break the glass in hotel. The cost is Rs. 250 each.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
